Three-month 1st-line/desktop support contract providing hands-on, face-to-face Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 support to end users, troubleshooting access/authentication issues and helping roll out a new MFA platform with hardware keys. Covers four sites between Dundalk and Ballycoolin, with roughly one day a week of project work, paying €200–250 per day.
