About The Measured Marketer

At The Measured Marketer (TMM), we’re redefining what marketing means for clever Australian businesses. Based in the Hunter Region, we specialise in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing for the manufacturing, energy, and defence sectors helping clients become easier to find, easier to engage with, and easier to buy from.

Since 2016, we’ve made a name for ourselves for our balance of sparkle and substance, combining creative flair with data-driven strategy. Our team is small but mighty, working remotely across Australia with a strong sense of purpose, accountability, and connection.

We’re also the team behind Brag Club - a soon-to-launch educational platform designed to help industrial marketers master their craft and harness AI to market smarter, not harder.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a high-performing Personal and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.

This role blends administrative excellence with marketing understanding, supporting both The Measured Marketer and our client brands, while also contributing to the growth of Brag Club. You’ll work closely with our Managing Director (Jacqui) and report to our Operations Manager (Jess), helping bring structure, efficiency, and creative energy to our day-to-day operations.

This is not a traditional admin role. It’s for someone who can confidently manage executive-level administration and understands how marketing works in a fast-paced, strategic agency environment.

AI is part of our everyday workflow, so we’re looking for someone who’s curious and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or Jasper to enhance productivity and creativity.
