The role will also act as the internal Quilter lead and key point of contact for larger property, refurbishment and relocation projects where external project managers, cost consultants or specialist partners are appointed, ensuring internal requirements are clearly understood, decisions are progressed, risks are managed and outcomes remain aligned to business priorities.
