Job Description
- Attend daily toolbox meetings at 8:30 AM / 8:30 PM.
- Work full-time on-site and remain available during working hours.
- Conduct site inspections 2–3 times or more, as required.
- Management’s instructions.
- Prepare and submit monthly safety reports.
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports
- Maintain records of:
- Senior Management Site Inspections
- Monthly Safety Committee Meetings
- Emergency Drills
- ConSASS Audits
- RA/SWP/PSR records
- Mass TBM briefing records
- Other safety training records
- Ensure CCTV setup is completed and verified before work commences, including emergency works.
- Ensure Permit-to-Work (PTW) is obtained for all high-risk activities such as lifting and excavation.
- Implement and maintain a proper Traffic Control Plan (TCP) to ensure site safety.
- Inform the relevant consultants of any additional works not covered during the TBM.
Requirements
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
- Minimum 2years of relevant site safety experience.
- Must need the Project Safety Management Course (SPPG)
- Minimum 2 years of experience
