In this role, you will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, data owners, and IT teams to help ensure the successful implementation and adoption of master data governance processes and tools. This position offers hands-on experience in data governance, SAP S/4HANA, enterprise data management, and digital transformation projects within an international environment. Your challenge in detailYou will support the SAP MDG rollout project within the SAP S/4HANA environment via assisting the project team in planning, coordinating, and tracking rollout activitiesYou will support data governance initiatives, including data quality assessments, data cleansing, and master data validationAdditionally, you will assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentationsYou will assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from key stakeholders, business process analysis and documentation related to master data creation, maintenance, and governanceYou will support the creation of user training materials, process documentation, and communication contentYou will monitor project actions, risks, issues, and follow-up activitiesLast but not least, you will participate in workshops, project meetings, and stakeholder discussionsYour competence is in demandCurrent full-time studies in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related fieldStrong interest in enterprise systems, data governance, and digital transformation initiativesStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detailExperience with data analysis and reportingKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication skills in English, German or other language is a plusBasic understanding of SAP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and familiarity with master data concepts such as Business Partner, Material Master, Supplier, Customer, or Finance Master Data is a plusOur offer for youAs a working student (m/f/d), there is a lot for you to discover at Fresenius.
