About the role
In Nexperia Procurement, you will be part of a highly engaged global team. You will work closely with the Regional Procurement Manager and support the execution and implementation of Global Indirect Procurement projects and initiatives, ensuring that local requirements and stakeholder needs are considered.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in indirect procurement within an international semiconductor manufacturing environment, while working with stakeholders across different functions and locations.
What you will do
- Support the procurement of goods and services, including interacting with stakeholders, issuing RFQs and supporting the supplier nomination process.
- Analyse and interpret procurement and spend data to support global negotiations, identify opportunities for performance improvement and help mitigate supply risks.
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to help resolve issues, provide updates and maintain effective reporting.
- Lead and support projects related to contract data management, contract storage and the review of upcoming contract renewals or replacements.
- Prepare and track spend, savings and project reports in line with Global Procurement reporting standards.
- Support project planning and execution using fundamental project management techniques.
- Administer contracts, amendments and other relevant documentation within the contract storage database.
- Help identify upcoming contract requirements and future procurement workload.
What you will bring
- Currently pursuing or completing an HBO or WO degree in Business, Economics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- A specialization in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is considered an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an interest in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- A reliable, proactive and independent approach to your work.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
