Workday Prism & Accounting Centre Consultant, Senior Associate

About the role

PwC has been trusted to deliver meaningful change on Workday for clients in the UK and beyond for more than a decade. To continue that success, we are currently looking for a Workday Prism & Accounting Centre Consultant to join our Workday recognised Prism & Accounting Center European centre of excellence, part of our thriving Workday Consulting Team.

If you want to take your career to the next level and apply your skills to challenging and business-focused customer transformation programmes, then this could be for you. PwC doesn't simply configure Workday but treat Workday as a fundamental element of our business transformation services. Our team members create and apply Workday and broader solutions that re-imagine the possible, bringing business value and improved user and customer experience.

What your days will look like:

• Develop Prism / Accounting Center solutions as part of a workstream or sub‑workstream from source analysis and ingestion design through build, testing, cutover and hypercare.

• Participate in workshops, challenge requirements and translate into buildable designs and testable acceptance criteria; manage defects and data quality issues.

• Collaborate with Integrations, Security and Financials configurations teams to align master data, journals, controls and performance service level agreements.

• Prepare cutover, reconciliation and hypercare plans; document lineage, controls and audit artefacts.

• Contribute to DataOps practices (peer reviews, deployment hygiene) and to reusable assets/accelerators.

This role is for you if you:

• You have hands‑on experience with Prism and/or Accounting Centre and strong data skills.

• You adapt quickly to varied stakeholders and communicate clearly across technical and business teams.

• You can quickly build relationships across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience.

• Bonus: Workday Financials certifications and exposure to complex source‑to‑ledger scenarios.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
