As a Workday Integration Manager you will lead client support work focused on Workday technology, helping clients improve how their cloud-based HR, finance, payroll, and talent processes connect across business applications within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Manager you will coach teams, guide delivery across assigned workstreams, and use sound judgment to tackle complex issues while validating quality, timelines, and client expectations. In this role at PwC, you will oversee integration work, support delivery planning, and contribute to client solutions that align Workday capabilities with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Leading Workday integration workstreams for client implementations, enhancements, and production support
- Managing project timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverable planning across multiple client engagements
- Guiding teams in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Studio and Workday Integration solutions
- Reviewing complex integration logic, data mappings, and error handling to validate solution accuracy
- Translating business requirements into technical integration designs across HR, payroll, finance, and talent processes
- Coordinating Workday Reporting and Analytics, Prism Analytics, and Extend activities to support connected platform needs
- Coaching team members on technical methods, delivery planning, and issue resolution during implementation cycles
- Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities that improve delivery efficiency and client outcomes
- Managing client discussions on risks, dependencies, and solution tradeoffs during project execution
- Reinforcing technical standards, delivery discipline, and technology adoption across assigned workstreams
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9-13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating Workday integration delivery across client implementations and upgrades
- Managing integration workstreams, timelines, and deliverables for multiple stakeholders
- Applying Workday Studio, Extend, Security, and integration tools in solution design
- Coaching junior team members while reviewing technical work and findings
- Translating client requirements into scalable integration approaches for Workday environments
