We’re looking for a Workday Integration Specialist to lead and optimise our Workday integration landscape. This role is critical to ensuring seamless connectivity between Workday and external systems, driving efficiency, compliance, and a smooth employee experience across global operations.

You’ll take ownership of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, XSLT transformations, and API integrations, while managing EIB loads and maintaining integration health. Reporting to a US-based manager, you’ll work in a dynamic, global environment with opportunities to influence HR technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Workday integration landscape, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Design, build, and support integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB.
• Perform EIB loads and troubleshoot related issues.
• Develop and maintain XSLT transformations for data mapping and formatting.
• Build and manage API integrations (REST and SOAP) between Workday and third-party systems.
• Monitor integration performance, resolve errors, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.

This is perfect for someone with strong Workday experience, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate across borders. If you’re ready to take ownership and help shape the future of HR technology, we’d love to hear from you.

The skills you will have when you apply

• Strong Workday Integrations experience – hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, XSLT/XML transformations, and Workday API integrations including REST and SOAP.
• Good understanding of Workday architecture – ability to support integration design, data flows, security, reporting, and data quality across Workday domains.
• Problem-solving mindset – confident in investigating integration issues, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Strong communication skills – able to work with HRIS, IT, business stakeholders and external partners, translating technical topics into clear and practical solutions.
• International collaboration – comfortable working in a global environment, with stakeholders across different countries and time zones.

Working context

• This role is fully remote based in Spain or Portugal
• You will work closely with international HRIS, IT and business teams, including regular interaction with a US-based manager.
• You will have the opportunity to contribute to the future Workday roadmap, helping improve integration stability, scalability and the overall employee experience.
