- Managing Workday major releases, identifying impacts and enhancement opportunities associated with new releases, and communicating changes appropriately
- Providing support for functional and technical implementations in Workday, including working with cloud-based technologies, performing data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and participating in the systems development life cycle (SDLC)

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance systems, ERP support, or business technology analyst role
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financials, specifically in Procurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Banking and Settlement, or related modules
- Working knowledge of Workday security roles, business process framework, and domain-based security configuration
- Experience triaging and managing support tickets in Jira, ServiceNow, or a comparable ITSM platform
- Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes; working familiarity with Tax or Treasury workflows is a plus
- Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and go-live support
- Well-versed in Calculated Fields, condition rules, custom validation rules, custom alerts, business process notifications, tenant setup configuration, and Custom Organizations/custom worktag setup
- Ability to independently investigate data discrepancies, trace transaction flows, and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with US-based stakeholders asynchronously and in real-time video calls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
