This position is fully remote. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a distributed team and communicating effectively in a virtual environment.

• 3+ years of experience in the iGaming affiliate industry.
• Commercial experience in a web development role (typically 3–5 years).
• Strong experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress development.
• Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Experience working with Linux-based hosting environments.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with website performance optimisation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Understanding of DNS, SSL certificates and Cloudflare.
• Experience deploying websites to production environments.
• Understanding of technical SEO principles including redirects, canonicals and crawlability.
• Good proficiency in spoken and written English is required, as English is the shared working language across our international teams.
