• Maintain staging environments, version control workflows, and deployment processes
• 2+ years experience building and maintaining WordPress websites
• Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience using page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery
• Strong understanding of responsive design and front-end user experience
• Experience optimizing WordPress performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and WordPress SEO tools such as Yoast SEO
• Experience managing hosting environments including cPanel, WP Engine, SiteGround, or Kinsta
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, polished websites
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in remote environments
• WooCommerce development and e-commerce experience
• Experience building or extending WordPress plugins using PHP
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and staging deployments
• Experience working in marketing agencies, SaaS, or service-based businesses
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-focused design
• On-time delivery of website updates and development tasks
• Fast-loading, responsive, and optimized websites
• Core Web Vitals maintained at high performance scores
• Minimal website downtime and security issues
• Strong collaboration with marketing and content teams
• Reduced bugs, plugin conflicts, and technical issues over time
• High-impact role contributing directly to website performance and digital growth
• Opportunity to work on a variety of WordPress websites and campaigns
• Fully remote flexibility with ownership and autonomy
• Exposure to SEO, web performance optimization, UX, and front-end development
• Work closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams
