We're looking for an experienced Web Developer to take ownership of our websites, landing pages and digital infrastructure.

This role is ideal for a highly capable developer who understands how to build fast, secure and conversion-focused websites that generate real business results.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Optimisation

• Develop, maintain and optimise WordPress websites

• Build landing pages and lead-generation funnels

• Improve site speed, user experience and mobile responsiveness

• Implement custom functionality and integrations

• Maintain website security, updates and performance

Conversion Rate Optimisation

• Improve website conversion performance

• Analyse user behaviour and customer journeys

• Test and implement website improvements

• Develop high-performing lead capture systems

Tracking & Integrations

• Implement tracking, analytics and event measurement

• Integrate websites with CRM and marketing platforms

• Manage forms, workflows and lead distribution processes

• Support automation initiatives through website integrations

Technical Performance

• Monitor website health and uptime

• Resolve technical issues and bugs

• Ensure best-practice development standards

• Optimise performance across all devices and browsers

Essential Requirements

• Strong WordPress development experience

• Solid front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Experience building and optimising conversion-focused websites

• Understanding of website performance, security and UX principles

• Experience with CRM and third-party platform integrations

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and project management skills
