Design and optimize Hostinger’s public-facing web pages and purchase flows to drive conversions, using AI tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.
AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas.
If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.
Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles
The website is where most customers first meet Hostinger, and where they decide whether to stay. As Web Designer you'll own the end-to-end experience of our web pages and purchase flows: how people discover products, understand what we offer, and move from curiosity to conversion. It's work that mixes storytelling with real commercial impact, where small design decisions move real numbers.
AI is changing this space too, from faster experimentation to smarter personalisation of what visitors see. You'll be designing those experiences, not just reacting to them.
Own the design of website and landing page experiences seen by millions of visitors.
Craft conversion-focused flows that feel clear and trustworthy.
Work closely with marketers, PMs, and engineers in a cross-functional team, from concepts through to shipped pages.
Use AI tools to move faster: prototype more ideas, test more hypotheses, and generate variants at scale.
Iterate based on data: monitor performance after launch, run A/B tests, and keep improving.
Run and synthesise user research and usability testing to understand what makes visitors hesitate and why.
Be autonomous and initiative: pitch your ideas, take ownership to improve working processes and outcomes, innovate on brand display.
You have a 3+ years experience as UI/UX designer.
Generalist mindset: you're comfortable with research, interaction design, and visual craft without needing to specialise in just one.
You can collaborate with different skillset specialists like copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, developers, QA specialists, etc.
You use AI tools in your daily workflow: whether that's speeding up exploration, generating variants, or synthesising research faster.
Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, enough to prototype in browser and collaborate with engineers.
Strong communication skills: you can present decisions, take feedback, and push back when needed.
Familiar with analytics and testing tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar).
A portfolio showing real work: process, thinking, and outcomes, not just polished screens.
🚀 360 Growth: We provide limitless learning opportunities: access to platforms like Reforge and CoachHub, global conferences, physical and digital libraries, feedback culture, and mentoring through TesoXchange. Advance your career with internal mobility and grow with a team eager to share knowledge and support your success.
🎯 Freedom & responsibility: Work on your terms: from modern offices in Kaunas and Vilnius, the comfort of home, or anywhere in the world. Enjoy flexibility in managing your schedule and bring your ideas to life in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
💪Wellness simplified: Your health comes first with insurance from Day 1, gym memberships, recharge leave, Headspace subscriptions, and regular health checks. Join our wellbeing-dedicated events, sports, arts, and hobby clubs, or simply enjoy the balance of a lifestyle that prioritizes wellness.
🎉 Work hard – play hard: Celebrate your achievements with company events like Summerfest & Winterfest, Town Hall, Meet the Client initiatives, team-buildings, and workations. Enjoy access to the Žalgiris Arena VIP Lounge and celebrate life’s big moments with milestone gifts for weddings, new parenthood, and graduations.
Compensation from €3,500 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
We're always looking for experienced talent to raise the bar. If you're excited about the role but the listed compensation range doesn't align with your expectations, we still encourage you to apply — we're open to adjusting it based on the impact and value you bring.
