UCT is looking for a talented Supv, Warehouse to join us in Singapore!
This role is responsible for coordinating and executing daily operational activities, including order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and customer support activities. This role serves as a key liaison among customers, suppliers, distributors, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Order & Operations Coordination
- Monitor customer orders, backlog, shipment schedules, and inventory availability to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Coordinate order fulfillment activities and ensure customer requirements and commitments are met.
- Follow up on supply shortages, allocation issues, and delivery commitments with relevant stakeholders.
- Support daily operational execution and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Inventory & Supply Chain Support
- Support inventory management activities, stock transfers, and material movements across locations.
- Coordinate with planning and supply chain teams on inventory availability and stock allocation requirements.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies and escalate issues for resolution.
- Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records within ERP systems.
Logistics Management
- Arrange and coordinate shipments with approved logistics providers.
- Track shipments, customs clearance activities, and delivery status to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve shipment delays, transportation issues, and logistics-related escalations.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and export documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, distributors, customers, and logistics providers.
- Provide regular updates on order status, shipment progress, and operational issues.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate operational, inventory, and shipping records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with documentation control, filing, and record-retention requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation.

Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Degree in Operations management, business and/or related field certifications preferred
- Diploma holder with relevant experience in Operations role
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience: Over 6 years of experience in Material Management, Logistic and Supply Chain Management. Working in Manufacturing/semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
