Warehouse Operations Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Warehouse Operations Executive to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics coordination. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient warehouse processes, accurate inventory records and timely handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate delivery arrangements with logistics providers.

• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents, delivery orders, stock movement records and inventory reports.

• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

• Monitor order fulfilment timelines and ensure goods are handled and stored properly.

• Assist with warehouse space utilisation, stock organisation and workflow improvements.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and established warehouse procedures.

• Support the implementation of standard operating procedures and other operational improvements.

• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse activities and operational performance.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.

• Good organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to maintain accurate records and handle operational documentation.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS) or Microsoft Office is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with team members and external parties.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
