WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Job Summary

Lead and optimize daily logistics operations, inventory accuracy, and financial controls while ensuring safety compliance and developing warehouse teams to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and maximize warehouse space utilization
• Drive adoption and effective use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct cycle counts and implement measures to improve stock accuracy and reduce discrepancies
• Manage operational budgets by controlling costs and planning resource allocation to meet financial targets
• Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety (WSH) standards, BizSafe levels, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, and handling staff to enhance team performance and operational efficiency
