Warehouse Lead (Fleet & Facilities)

Phoenix, AZ | In-Office | Full-Time | $19 to $21/hr

Every laptop, switch, and firewall cloudIT deploys passes through our warehouse first. That is where great service starts. cloudIT is a growing Phoenix-based Technology Service Provider delivering IT, cloud, and security services to clients across 10 states and 3 countries.

We are hiring a Warehouse Lead to run shipping, receiving, and inventory, manage our company vehicles, and keep our headquarters running smoothly. No two days are the same: one hour you are receiving a pallet of laptops, the next you are scheduling a van for service or meeting a vendor about the HVAC.

Responsibilities

Warehouse and Inventory

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship IT equipment to clients and technicians
• Keep inventory accurate with cycle counts and serial number tracking
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, and RMAs with carriers and vendors
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Prepare simple stock level and in/out reports for Purchasing

Fleet

• Schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs and keep service logs
• Manage vehicle check-out, mileage, fuel cards, and registrations
• Report and follow up on vehicle damage or accidents

Facilities

• Coordinate with landlords and vendors on HVAC, cleaning, and security
• Manage office supplies, parking, building access, and minor repairs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory experience
• Experience with inventory software and basic Excel
• Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 12 feet
• Lead, fleet, facilities, or forklift experience is a plus

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
• On-site at our Phoenix headquarters

Compensation and Benefits

• $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience, overtime eligible
