Warehouse and Inventory Specialist

Who We Are...

Priority Worldwide is a fast-paced, international freight forwarding company focused on innovation, environmental responsibility, and delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. We operate in a dynamic industry, supporting critical humanitarian efforts and global logistics needs across diverse markets.

We are currently seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join our Montreal team in a temporary role covering a maternity leave. This assignment is expected to last approximately 12–18 months, with the potential for permanent employment based on business needs and performance.

Who We're Looking For...

We are seeking a highly independent, reliable, and experienced Warehouse & Inventory Specialist who can take full ownership of all inventory and warehousing logistics during this important coverage period. We are looking for someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged, takes pride in maintaining accuracy and order, and thrives on being trusted to manage end-to-end warehouse operations.

This is not an entry-level position — previous warehouse and inventory experience is required. We need a proactive professional who is confident making decisions, improving systems, managing inventory and warehouse space efficiently, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment where priorities can shift quickly and teamwork is essential.
