VP of Sales & Marketing

Remote – Open Nationwide | Full-Time | Extensive Florida Travel Required |

Base Salary Starting at $150,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

At Colliers Assisted Living, our mission is simple and deeply personal — Taking Care of God's People. Everything we do, from how we serve our residents to how we build our team, flows from that commitment. If that resonates with you, keep reading.

We are searching for a high-performing VP of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth across our growing Florida portfolio. This is a fast-paced, high-impact executive role built for a closer — someone who knows how to build census organically, develop authentic referral relationships, and move with urgency in a competitive senior living market.

If you've thrived in assisted living sales, understand the value of rate integrity, know how to open doors without relying on paid referral agencies, and have a track record of consistently hitting and exceeding occupancy goals — we want to talk.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute a results-driven sales and marketing strategy across all Colliers Florida communities

• Build and grow organic referral networks — hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, faith communities, and local organizations — through genuine relationship-building, not paid referral dependency

• Champion rate integrity across all communities — ensuring consistent, honest pricing that protects the brand, builds family trust, and supports long-term financial health

• Travel extensively throughout Florida to support community sales teams, drive performance, and maintain a strong market presence

• Lead with urgency — identify and convert high-quality leads with a strong closure rate

• Coach, mentor, and hold community-level Marketing Directors accountable to their individual occupancy and revenue goals

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and occupancy data to adjust strategy in real time

• Report directly to executive leadership on census performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts

• Represent Colliers at industry events, senior care conferences, and community outreach initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Assisted living experience is required — you must understand the sales cycle, the emotional journey of families, and the urgency of census management

• 5+ years in a senior living sales leadership role with a proven, high closure rate

• Deep commitment to rate integrity — you understand that discounting erodes trust and long-term value

• Demonstrated ability to build referral pipelines organically — strong existing relationships with healthcare and community partners

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and holds themselves and their teams accountable to results

• Willing and able to travel extensively throughout Florida — valid driver's license required

• Executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• A leader who develops people — you take ownership of your team's success, not just your own

• Someone who leads with both purpose and performance — our mission isn't a tagline, it's how we show up every day

Compensation

• $150,000+ base salary, commensurate with experience

• Performance-based bonus tied to the success of community-level Marketing Directors — when your team hits their occupancy and revenue goals, you earn. This structure rewards true leadership: your upside grows as the people you develop and manage succeed.

• Travel reimbursement provided

• Fully remote — live anywhere in the U.S.

Why Colliers?

• Our mission — Taking Care of God's People — isn't just something we post on a wall. It's the standard we hold ourselves to every single day, in every interaction with residents, families, and each other.

• Lead a growing Florida portfolio with significant upside and room to make your mark

• Mission-driven culture where your work directly and meaningfully changes lives

• Executive team that values autonomy, rate discipline, integrity, and performance

• A culture that does things the right way — no shortcuts, no gimmicks

This isn't a role for someone who coasts or cuts corners. It's for a driven sales executive who knows the assisted living space, closes with confidence, protects rate integrity, and is called to serve something greater than a quota.
