Responsibilities include:

-Develop and execute multi-year infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies

-Lead technology modernization initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, and operations

-Establish security governance, risk management, and resilience programs

-Strengthen disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities

-Build relationships with executive leadership and business stakeholders

-Lead internal teams, managed service providers, and vendor partners

-Improve operational maturity, service delivery, and technology performance

-Build scalable processes, standards, and organizational structures

-Create executive-level reporting around risk, investment, and performance

-Develop and mentor a growing infrastructure and security organization

The ideal candidate is comfortable walking into an environment, assessing weaknesses, challenging assumptions, and driving meaningful change.

-Strong knowledge of information security frameworks, risk management, incident response, identity and access management, and disaster recovery planning.

-Experience developing and executing multi-year technology transformation and modernization roadmaps.
