• Strong experience leading data engineering and analytics delivery in complex or operational environments.
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, orchestration frameworks, cloud data platforms and APIs.
• Experience delivering high‑quality dashboards, analytics and operational reporting products.
• Ability to manage engineering backlogs, balance competing priorities and align delivery to business needs.
• Strong technical problem‑solving capability, especially in pipeline reliability and data issue resolution.
• Experience embedding data quality, governance and lineage controls within engineering workflows.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and operational teams.

Experience in telecoms, engineering or other infrastructure-heavy environments would be advantageous. Above all, we’re looking for someone who can bring clarity to complexity, lead teams with confidence and help shape trusted data products that support performance today while enabling future AI and automation ambitions.
