Visual Merchandising Manager

Compensation: $60k – $90k

We’re an AI startup built for retail - and we’re looking for retail professionals.

STOREE.AI is a growing startup that brings AI into physical stores in a practical, down-to-earth way.

We help retail organizations run daily operations better - communication, tasks, priorities, follow-ups, and KPIs - using AI that works like a great manager.

You don’t need any tech background.

No software experience. No AI knowledge.

If you understand how retail really works - people, pressure, execution, and decision-making - you already have what we’re looking for.

We build the technology.

You bring the retail experience.

That’s the partnership.

What we do:

STOREE.AI is used daily by 100+ chain stores worldwide.

The platform sits at the center of store operations and helps managers:

Communicate clearly with stores and teams Turn priorities into executable tasks Follow up automatically and consistently Track performance and KPIs in real time Coach teams through everyday work, not presentations

It feels familiar to retailers, because it’s built around how great managers already operate - just faster, clearer, and at scale.

Why retail experience matters:

Our platform is powerful, but retail is not one-size-fits-all.

What matters to a fashion chain isn’t what matters to a supermarket.

What a VM leader looks for is different from HR or Operations.

That’s why we’re not looking for classic salespeople.

We’re looking for senior retail professionals who can:

Understand the real needs of a retail organization Help shape the right AI manager for each chain Speak retail language, not buzzwords Guide conversations with credibility and depth This is business development built on understanding, not pitching.

What you’ll actually do:

Build relationships with relevant retail organizations Start conversations using our AI tools (full training provided) Show how STOREE.AI fits their specific reality Guide the process, or hand it over to our core team when needed Influence product direction - you’ll be our retail lens inside the company

You won’t sell software.

You’ll connect experience with real solutions.

Who this is for:

Senior retail leaders, including:

Store, district, and regional managers HQ leaders in operations, HR, training, VM, CX, or retail excellence Anyone who has led retail teams and wants to move forward

If you’ve ever thought,

“Tech doesn’t really understand what happens in stores” - we agree.

That’s exactly why we built STOREE.AI.

What we offer:

Full training – no tech background required Remote work with flexible hours Commission-based rewards, with full-time potential A chance to join right before major global scale Real technology, already working in the field

This isn’t a job.

It’s a second career.

From running stores to shaping how stores are run.

Want to start directly? Begin the process here.
