● Track monthly and quarterly events
● Monitor registrations, attendance, confirmations and outstanding responses

● Ability to take existing content and make it clear, engaging and aligned with a particular
person's voice

The ideal candidate will be someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You'll be trusted to take a list of recurring tasks, understand the process and make sure everything gets done accurately and on time. You should be comfortable using AI as part of your everyday workflow and be interested in finding ways to make administrative processes more efficient. Experience supporting a coach, consultant, entrepreneur or client-facing professional would be an advantage
