Dr. Paws, a fast-growing pet supplement brand, is hiring a short-form video editor in Kuala Lumpur to create high-performing TikTok/Instagram reels (AI-assisted and traditional) that drive organic reach and sales. Day-to-day work covers end-to-end editing in CapCut and Adobe, AI tools like Higgs, graphics, and data-driven optimization of viral social content.

Tasks
- End-To-End Video Editing
- Working with CapCut, Adobe, etc.
- Using Higgs + other AI Tools
- Create highly converting videos (views, engagement, sales) --> AI & non-AI videos
- Create graphics & static images
- Understand Social Meia Trends + Virality + details like music, b-roll clips, special effects, camera positioning, etc
- Your #1 Job post increasing amount of highly performing videos and drive organic exposure and this way our sales
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on Video Editing Experience
- Portfolio of high performing videos
- Deep knowledge of TikTok & Instagram Algorithms
- Understands virality and creates videos based on data driven decisions
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malay (Chinese big plus)
- Highly Analytical — comfortable reading dashboards and building simple weekly performance reports
