• Create motion graphics and on-screen elements where needed, in line with brand guidelines.
• Set up and operate studio equipment, cameras, lighting and audio, for scheduled recording sessions.
• Organise, label and back up footage, and keep project files and versions tidy.
• Work with producers and presenters to understand each brief, manage feedback rounds and hit turnaround deadlines.
• Check every output for quality and brand consistency before it goes out.
• Flag technical or workflow issues early and suggest practical improvements.

• At least three years' professional video editing experience.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Hands-on experience operating studio camera, audio and lighting set-ups.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle several deadlines without losing quality.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach and clear communication.
• Availability to start quickly and commit to the full six months.

• Motion graphics or animation skills (for example After Effects).
• Experience in a corporate, healthcare or media content team.
• Awareness of accessibility standards for video, including captioning.
