We are an international consulting firm specialized in driving the evolution of business models for large and medium-sized companies. We help our clients improve their competitiveness by connecting strategy, communication, design, technology, and data, always with a practical, impact-driven approach.
With a team of more than 2,000 professionals across different countries, we work on end-to-end projects, supporting our clients from strategic definition through implementation, measurement, and continuous optimization. Our goal is to turn data and insights into business decisions that deliver tangible results.
On this occasion, we are managing the recruitment process on behalf of Zurich Duo, who are looking to strengthen their team with a new addition to cover this position.
Our role is to lead the selection process, identifying and assessing candidates whose experience, skills, and profile best match the requirements of the position and the needs of Zurich Duo.
Therefore, while we are managing the recruitment and selection process, the successful candidate will join Zurich Duo directly and the position will be within the Zurich Duo team.
Zurich Duo is Zurich’s in-house agency, responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering creative, digital marketing, and customer experience projects across international markets.
Operating like a startup within a major global corporation, Zurich Duo combines an agile, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment with the resources, expertise, and stability of a leading global company.
It brings together the best of both worlds: the energy and flexibility of a young, fast-moving company, with the scale, support, and opportunities of an established industry leader.
At Zurich Duo, we believe communication should be increasingly personal, relevant, and innovative. That’s why we continue to invest in digital content that connects with people in an authentic and distinctive way.
We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join and strengthen our Marketing & Communications team. We’re looking for someone with strong technical editing skills, a genuine passion for audiovisual content, a creative mindset, and a curiosity for exploring new ways of communicating through video, design, and AI-powered tools.
You’ll work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, partnering with different teams and contributing to projects that bring together creativity, innovation, and brand strategy. This is an opportunity to play an active role in shaping how Zurich Duo communicates and connects with its audiences through engaging and impactful visual content.
You will be responsible for the creation and adaptation of audiovisual content across different digital channels, helping to strengthen the brand’s presence and build a stronger connection with our audiences through innovative, relevant, and engaging formats.
2–4 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, audiovisual production, or digital content creation, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital video and static formats, with the ability to adapt content across different platforms and channels.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator.
Experience creating content for social media, with hands-on experience using CapCut.
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as Banana Pro, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Sora, or similar is a plus.
A genuine passion for content creation and a strong interest in emerging trends in digital communication.
Ability to turn ideas into engaging, effective audiovisual content.
Strong visual sensibility and confidence in image composition and visual storytelling.
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
