CIFRA is looking for a Video Content Creator to create short-form videos for our social media channels and advertising campaigns. We’re looking for someone who has a strong feel for short-form content, understands rhythm and pacing, is confident editing in Adobe, and has a solid foundation in motion design.

Working closely with the SMM and Design teams, you’ll come up with ideas and scripts, work with our visual identity and animation, and explore new content formats and ways of presenting ideas. We’re looking for a proactive person who can not only work from a brief and a ready-made script, but also spot trends and turn them into content. You should be able to suggest an idea, understand what materials will be needed, coordinate with the team to collect them, and take the video all the way to the final result.

The foundation for the videos will be materials from the Art, Editorial and Product teams, as well as marketing goals. You’ll turn these into relevant and engaging short-form content for Instagram*, TikTok and advertising campaigns, while keeping up with trends and adapting them to CIFRA.

What you will do
— Analyze incoming photo and video materials from the perspective of storytelling, pacing, and their potential for short-form content.
— Work with the SMM Lead to generate ideas for Reels, come up with scripts and content formats, and develop video structures.
— Work with established content series, reactive, timely, and experimental content, while proposing new series and formats.
— Edit videos with a focus on attention retention, pacing, and storytelling dynamics: work with trending audio, synchronization, and basic sound design; add subtitles, graphics, and text overlays; and perform basic color correction.
— Create and integrate motion graphics: animate text and graphic elements, transitions, and simple visual effects.
— Work with the Design team on the brand identity and existing design system: use prepared Figma templates, translate designs into motion without compromising quality, and develop the brand’s visual language through animation, transitions, and new approaches to content presentation.
— Work with the creative specialist and copywriter on text within video formats, including voiceovers, subtitles, and hooks.
— Constantly monitor trends in audio, formats, editing, and content presentation, and quickly adapt them to the brand and content plan.
— Create videos for paid promotion, adapt organic content for advertising purposes, and structure videos with a focus on conversion and testing different approaches.
— Adapt content for different platforms — TikTok, Instagram*, Meta* Ads, and others.
— Create templates for scalable content production, including advertising creatives.
— Archive and organize source materials.

What we're looking for
— Confident knowledge of Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and the ability to edit short-form videos quickly and to a high standard.
— A strong understanding of how attention works in short-form video, a good sense of rhythm, and the ability to work with retention, pacing, dynamics, and storytelling.
— Confident knowledge of basic motion design is a must: animating text, graphics, transitions, and simple visual effects is an essential part of the day-to-day work on video content.
— Understanding of Figma and the ability to work with an existing design system and prepared templates, accurately translating designs into motion without compromising quality.
— The ability to develop a brand’s visual language through animation, transitions, and new approaches to content presentation.
— Independence in planning your work: the ability to request the necessary materials in advance, account for dependencies, and realistically estimate timelines.
— The ability to take full ownership of a
