They’re also things we’re happy to support you in developing over time._ - Experience contributing to client strategy or helping shape digital product direction. - Basic motion design knowledge (e.g. Figma Smart Animate, After Effects, or Lottie). - Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and designing with inclusion in mind. - Exposure to user testing or reviewing user feedback to inform design choices. - An interest in supporting long-term client growth, understanding how design choices tie into business goals ##### **Personal Attributes** - Strong attention to detail: You notice the small things that make a big difference. - Creative and curious: interested in new ideas, tools, and approaches to design. - Practical in your thinking: focused on finding clear, effective solutions. - Comfortable working independently: able to use good judgment and keep things moving without needing step-by-step direction. ##### **How We Work** - **Remote-first** with flexible hours (UK time zone) - **9-day fortnight** – every other Friday off, no loss of pay. ##### **Perks & Benefits** - EMI Scheme (Stock Options) - Remote role with flexible hours - Macbook provided as standard - Structured Personal Development Plan - Opportunities for career progression - Opportunity to work on fast-growing and exciting applications - our current projects range from platforms assisting the police in recovering stolen vehicles to the design of a showcase website for a £4bn facilities management company. - Wellness Fund to support your physical and mental health - Private health insurance (including dental and optical) - Free financial advisor access - Comprehensive onboarding plan in your initial weeks **To Apply** Send us your CV and **_your portfolio link_**.
