Atlas Technica, an IT managed-services provider for hedge funds and investment firms, is hiring its first dedicated UX/UI Designer (remote, Kyiv) in its DevOps team. The designer owns end-to-end design for web-based products: research, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity design, prototypes, and design systems, primarily in Figma, with developer handoff.

Position Overview
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our growing DevOps team and serve as the first dedicated UX/UI design resource within the team. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role responsible for owning the end-to-end design process across web-based products and digital experiences.
The UX/UI Designer will transform user needs and business requirements into accessible, intuitive, and consistent experiences through research, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with product stakeholders, developers, clients, and other team members throughout discovery, design, implementation, and delivery.
The successful candidate will combine strong UX thinking with polished UI design, customer empathy, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to simplify complex workflows into clear and user-friendly solutions.
