User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a hands-on User Acquisition Manager to grow our paid subscriber base through Meta Ads, creative testing, and funnel optimization.
Your primary goal will be to acquire the target number of new paid subscribers at or below our target CAC.

🎯 What You’ll Do
Own Meta Ads end to end: campaign structure, targeting, budgets, optimization, and scaling.
Build separate acquisition strategies for different trades, audiences, and pain points.
Maintain a continuous creative testing pipeline across hooks, messages, formats, and offers.
Create video and UGC-style ads using tools such as HeyGen, Higgsfield, CapCut, and Canva.
Turn campaign results into new creative concepts and iterations.
Optimize the full acquisition journey from the ad to the landing page, quiz, paywall, and payment.
Identify funnel drop-offs and run experiments to improve quiz completion and paywall conversion.
Ensure accurate tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and backend events.
Report on CAC, new paid subscribers, ROAS, funnel conversion rates, and performance by trade.
Source, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships (mostly micro and mid-tier, often trade-specific)

🔍 What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or paid social.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
Experience working with Western or Tier 1 markets.
Proven ability to achieve acquisition targets with modest budgets.
Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion funnels.
Ability to independently create and test performance creatives.
Experience optimizing landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, or checkout flows.
Confidence working with GA4, attribution, and event tracking.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

Understanding of SEO and organic acquisition.

Experience marketing to trades or vocational audiences.

📈 How We’ll Measure Success
During the first three months, we expect to see:
CAC at or below the agreed target.
The required number of new paid subscribers.
A consistent pipeline of new creative tests.
Measurable improvement in quiz and paywall conversion.
At least 25% of new subscribers coming from outside our top-selling trades.
