Administer and troubleshoot complex Unix/Linux environments (AIX, RHEL, Debian);
Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Unix/Linux systems and related components;
Operate and support high‑availability clusters (HP Serviceguard, Bull ARF, Pacemaker/Corosync);
Perform advanced performance and system diagnostics across CPU, memory, storage, networking, kernel, and applications;
Implement security hardening, permissions, SSH/PAM policies, firewall rules, audit logging, and vulnerability remediation;
Integrate Unix/Linux systems with enterprise authentication (LDAP/AD, Kerberos, SSSD);
Execute and validate backup, restore, DR, and failover procedures;
Automate operational tasks using Bash, ksh, Python, and Ansible;
Monitor system health, capacity, and performance, ensuring proactive issue detection;
Collaborate with DBA, middleware, application, storage, backup, network, and security teams;

Strong expertise in IBM AIX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Debian;
Deep knowledge of Unix/Linux internals: boot process, services, package management, filesystems, LVM, multipath, networking, logging, and performance troubleshooting;
Hands‑on experience with high‑availability clustering (Serviceguard, Bull ARF, Pacemaker/Corosync);
Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, ksh, Python, Ansible);
Solid understanding of security, hardening, permissions, PAM/SSH, audit frameworks, and compliance;
Familiarity with network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP);
Experience with VMware or equivalent virtualization platforms;
Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus;
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Icinga, ScienceLogic, syslog, SNMP);
Relevant certifications (RHCE, LPIC, AIX) are preferred;
Fluent English;
French or Dutch are a plus.
