About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate UI/UX Engineer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience bridging the gap between user experience design and frontend engineering.

In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming user needs and complex workflows into intuitive, high-performing digital interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to design, prototype, and build seamless user interfaces using modern web technologies and component libraries.

Key Responsibilities Design G User Experience

· Partner with Product Designers to translate wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups into scalable front-end architecture.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits to refine features and validate design solutions.

· Champion design consistency, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and responsive web practices across all platforms.

Frontend Development

· Build modular, reusable, and maintainable UI components and systems (Design Systems / Component Libraries).

· Implement clean, responsive, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

· Integrate front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs or GraphǪL services in collaboration with back-end engineering teams.

Collaboration G Leadership

· Advocate for user-centered design principles within cross-functional, agile sprint teams.

· Participate in design and code reviews to ensure UI fidelity, optimal performance, and high code quality.

· Mentor junior designers/engineers and help streamline the design-to-code handover process.

Requirements G Ǫualifications

· Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Engineer, Front-End Developer with a strong design focus, or similar hybrid role.

· Core Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

o Deep experience with modern JS frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular (React preferred).

o Experience building and maintaining Design Systems using tools like Storybook, CSS Modules, Tailwind CSS, or Styled Components.

· Design G UX Skills:

o Hands-on expertise with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

o Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and micro-interactions.

o Demonstrated understanding of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design.

· Soft Skills:

o Strong communication skills with an ability to present design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

o Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
