Role Description: UI/UX Designer

Commitment: Part-Time/Freelance, On Site/Remote

As part of the Wireframe team, you will:

• Design user-friendly, innovative digital experiences across two primary websites

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Conduct user testing to inform and quality-check design decisions.

• Translate business and user requirements into engaging interfaces

• Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.

• Collaborate closely with project managers and creative teams to ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with established brand guidelines.

• Support developers throughout implementation and conduct design QA before launch.

Qualifications required:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• A diploma or degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design process and finished work

• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent

• A solid understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, micro-interactions, and responsive design

• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, colour, hierarchy, and consistency

• A willingness to learn, receive feedback, and adapt your approach to internal and external needs

What we offer:

• A team of crackpot individuals who are passionate about what they do

• Mentoring, knowledge sharing and guidance from more experienced colleagues

• Flexible working arrangements

• The opportunity to help shape the visual design of some of Southeast Asia’s biggest pop culture events

We’re looking for someone creative, curious, collaborative, and genuinely interested in helping to shape the spaces we work and play in. You don't need to have every skill listed above - we value strong thinking and a willingness to learn and collaborate just as much as technical ability.

If you enjoy working in a cooperative, open environment, we'd love to hear from you!
