- At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products.
- Strong UI design skills, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy and interaction design across responsive and data-heavy screens.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including componentization and design tokens.
- Hands-on experience in usability testing, including planning, conducting and acting on user research findings.
- Experience designing workflow- or management-type systems, such as dashboards, records or scheduling systems, is an advantage.
