The Treasury & Risk Analyst is a business administration / analyst-level role providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Risk and Treasury Manager across both Treasury and Risk activities. This position helps execute routine, well-defined tasks under the Manager's direction — processing transactions, updating trackers and reports, and organizing documentation — rather than independently owning treasury or risk strategy. This is a strong entry point for someone early in their career who wants to build exposure to both treasury operations and corporate risk/insurance administration.
What You'll Do
Treasury Support
Assist the Risk and Treasury Manager with daily cash management tasks, such as entering or confirming routine wire, ACH, and automatic transfer transactions as directed.
Help update daily cash positioning worksheets and cash forecast reports under the Manager's guidance.
Assist with compiling amounts owed from internal subsidiaries, preparing invoices, and recording related intercompany transactions.
Support basic reconciliations and organize supporting documentation for monthly/quarterly close activities.
Help maintain and organize documentation related to the Company's revolving credit facility and standby letters of credit.
Respond to routine, lower-complexity inquiries from internal teams or banks, escalating anything outside standard procedure to the Risk and Treasury Manager.
Risk Support
Process and track certificate of insurance requests from internal and external stakeholders under established procedures.
Help log, track, and follow up on open insurance claims, keeping status trackers current for the Risk and Treasury Manager.
Assist in gathering and organizing documentation and data needed for the annual global insurance renewal process.
Help maintain organized, up-to-date records of the Company's global insurance coverages and related files.
Support basic data compilation for insurance cost tracking and reporting.
What You'll Bring
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent administrative/office experience).
0-2 years of related administrative, business support, or entry-level analyst experience; exposure to finance, accounting, or insurance administration is a plus but not required.
Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Word; comfortable learning new systems and templates.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow established processes accurately and consistently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
What We Value
Strong integrity and confidentiality, given exposure to sensitive financial and insurance information.
Reliability in following instructions and established procedures with accuracy.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to ask questions and escalate when appropriate.
Ability to manage multiple routine tasks and deadlines in an organized way.
Eagerness to learn and grow into broader treasury or risk responsibilities over time.
