Leads business transformation and Oracle Fusion ERP programmes for a global organisation, acting as chief architect for target architectures and operating models across Finance, HR, Tax and Marketing platforms. Core tech: Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud, TOGAF. Hybrid working from Poynton, Stockport.
Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:- Demonstrated understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, Oracle Integration Cloud, and wider HR and Finance ecosystems in large global enterprises.
- Proven ability to design target architectures, transition states, and end-to-end solution architectures for large programmes.
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- TOGAF or an equivalent architecture framework.
- Oracle ERP certification desirable.
- Lead business transformation and Oracle Fusion ERP programmes.
- Shape architecture, business processes, and operating models across major global change initiatives.
- Own and deliver the target architecture for strategic programmes covering Oracle Fusion, Finance, Tax, HR, Marketing, and related platforms.
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in how Oracle Fusion can optimise, streamline, and accelerate core business processes.
