Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Earn uncapped commission, receive structured training, and build a career in one of the world's fastest-growing sectors.

Looking for a career where your hard work is rewarded, your progression is in your hands, and no two days are the same?

We're looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruiter to join our Renewable Energy team, supporting clients across the US market. Whether you're leaving college, finishing university, or looking for your first step into a professional career, we'll provide the training, support, and opportunities needed to build a successful career in recruitment.

Many of our highest-performing recruiters joined us with no previous recruitment experience, so we're far more interested in attitude, ambition, and potential than what's on your CV.

What You'll Do

As a recruiter, you'll connect talented professionals with exciting opportunities in the renewable energy industry while helping businesses build high-performing teams.

You'll be:

• Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, skills, and career aspirations
• Building relationships with professionals across the US renewable energy market
• Advertising vacancies and proactively identifying high-quality candidates
• Conducting phone and video interviews
• Supporting candidates throughout the interview and offer process
• Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients
• Negotiating offers and helping candidates secure their next career move
• Managing multiple vacancies while building your own network of candidates and clients

What We're Looking For

We're interested in potential and attitude more than previous recruitment experience.

You could be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy building relationships and speaking with people
• Are ambitious and motivated to achieve goals
• Communicate confidently and professionally
• Are resilient and able to bounce back from setbacks
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Want to build a long-term career with clear progression opportunities

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, sport, fundraising, or any customer-facing role would be beneficial, but isn't essential.

What's In It For You?

• Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities
• Structured training, ongoing development, and clear career progression
• Quarterly team incentives chosen by your team; think Dublin, Alton Towers, and much more
• Great benefits package

• Your Birthday day off, paid charity day each year and the option to purchase additional annual leave
• Healthcare benefits
• The opportunity to build a career in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector

If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, where you can develop professionally, earn well, and be part of a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.
