This is an exciting opportunity to join Rise Technical Recruitment within our growing Education division, where you'll receive industry-leading training and development to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant.

At Rise, we believe in potential, not just experience.

You don't need previous recruitment experience. You don't need to know the Education sector. We'll teach you recruitment, sales, business development, negotiation, influencing, relationship building and how to develop your own specialist market.

What we need from you is the ambition, work ethic, resilience, positivity and willingness to learn to make the most of that opportunity.

Rise Education specialises in engineering and technical recruitment across colleges, universities and specialist training providers throughout the UK.

We help organisations find the people they need to educate, train and develop the technical workforce of the future.

You could help an experienced Engineer make a life-changing career move into teaching.
You could help a college find the Lecturer it needs to train the next generation of Electricians.
You could help a university recruit the specialist technical staff it needs to continue delivering world-class education.

Every vacancy is an opportunity to positively change someone's life.

And while you're helping other people build their futures, you'll be building your own.

You'll develop commercial skills that will stay with you throughout your career, build relationships with organisations across the UK, become an expert within your market and have the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through uncapped commission of up to 40%.
Progression at Rise is meritocratic. Your expereince, background or how long you've been here doesn't determine how far you can go. Your performance, attitude and ability do.
