Want to build a career at the intersection of sales, technology and artificial intelligence?

We're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants, specialising in the fast-growing Technology and AI recruitment market.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We're looking for people with ambition, resilience, curiosity and a genuine desire to succeed.

You'll receive comprehensive training and coaching, while developing the commercial and recruitment skills needed to build a successful career in one of the world's fastest-moving industries.

Why Technology & AI Recruitment?

Technology and AI are transforming the way businesses operate, creating huge demand for specialist talent.

As a Technology & AI Recruitment Consultant, you'll sit at the centre of that market — connecting innovative companies with the people they need to grow.

You'll learn about areas including:

• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
• Software Engineering
• Data & Analytics
• Cloud & Infrastructure
• Cybersecurity
• Product & Technology
• Emerging AI technologies

You don't need to be a technology expert on day one. We'll teach you the market.

What matters is your ability to learn quickly, communicate confidently and build relationships.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop both sales and recruitment expertise, working with technology businesses and highly skilled professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business through outbound calls, networking and business development
• Building relationships with technology companies and senior decision-makers
• Identifying hiring requirements and understanding client needs
• Sourcing and attracting technology and AI professionals
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Negotiating salaries and offers
• Building your own network and candidate database
• Becoming an expert in your chosen technology market
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

We're open to graduates, career changers and ambitious individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

You don't need recruitment or technology experience.

We're looking for people who demonstrate:

• Ambition – you want to build a successful career
• Commercial awareness – you're interested in business and how companies grow
• Curiosity – you're genuinely interested in technology and AI
• Resilience – you're comfortable with rejection and setbacks
• Communication skills – you're confident speaking with new people
• Competitive mentality – you want to achieve and outperform your targets
• Work ethic – you're prepared to put in the effort required to succeed
• Coachability – you actively seek feedback and want to improve
• Results-driven mindset – you enjoy working towards measurable goals

What We Offer

We believe recruitment should be a high-performance career, not just another job.

You'll receive structured training, one-to-one coaching and ongoing development, giving you everything you need to become a successful Technology & AI Recruitment Consultant.

You'll also receive:

• Competitive basic salary
• Uncapped commission
