A trainee-junior motion designer creates short-form video ads and animations (typography, UI elements, graphics, product assets) for an AI utility product's performance-marketing campaigns, adapting creatives across formats and placements. The core tool is Adobe After Effects; the role is in Ukraine with office or remote options.
appflame — a Ukrainian IT company building world-class products: Hily, Taimi, AdConnect.

We're looking for daring, ambitious, and "a little crazy" people — those who love building real products and dream of launching cool startups. You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen.
Your project:
You will join an AI utility product with a global user base, built inside our R&D team. The product is growing fast, and we're looking to strengthen our motion design team!

- Adapt and iterate creatives for different concepts, formats, audiences, and placements.
- Independently handle standard creative production tasks.
- Work closely with Creative Marketing Managers and other Motion Designers.
- Implement feedback and continuously improve the quality and speed of your work.
- Analyze references and advertising trends to develop your visual and creative skills.
- Participate in creative discussions and gradually contribute your own ideas.
We'll have a match if you:
- Have 6–18 months of commercial experience as a Motion Designer, with a solid portfolio.
- Are confident working in Adobe After Effects.
- Understand composition, typography, color, and animation principles.
- Are able to work with briefs and references.
- Are attentive to detail and open to feedback.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced creative production environment.
- Are motivated to grow professionally and take on more responsibility over time.
