Tractor & Equipment Sales – Ocala, FL Crystal Tractor of Ocala | Full-Time
Tired of jobs that make you feel like a corporate NPC? Prefer jeans over dress pants and actual conversations over Zoom hell?
Crystal Tractor of Ocala is hiring outgoing sales people who can talk machines, close deals, and still have a life. We’re a fourth-generation family business pushing Kubota, Mahindra, CFMOTO, STIHL, Takeuchi, Gravely, and Land Pride. You bring the personality and work ethic — we’ll give you the product knowledge and a real shot at stacking paper.
The perks (a.k.a. why you won’t hate Mondays)
- Pay that actually moves: $30k–$100k+ depending on how hard you hustle
- Medical + dental so you can stay vertical
- Life & disability coverage
- 401(k) for Future You
- Paid holidays
- Weekly paychecks (because waiting two weeks is so last decade)
- Every other weekend off + flexible scheduling
- A real 5-day work week
- Actual growth opportunities inside a family company that doesn’t treat you like a number
Who should apply
Bilingual English/Spanish speakers, this one’s especially for you. Being able to switch languages and connect with more customers is a serious advantage here — and we notice.
You’ll fit if you:
- Actually like people and can build real relationships
- Have customer-service skills (sales experience is nice, not required)
- Can stay sharp and persuasive when someone’s on the fence
- Hold yourself to high standards without being a tool about it
- Communicate clearly in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Look presentable (jeans are fine, just not the ones with holes that show your entire knee)
- Have a clean driving record and valid license
- Don’t mind a background check and drug screen
The day-to-day
- Absorb product training until you can talk tractor specs in your sleep
- Help customers figure out what they actually need (not just what they think they want)
- Set goals, own your numbers, and chase them
- Handle quotes, follow-ups, credit apps, and the necessary paperwork
- Support online buyers through our eSales side
- Stay in touch with past and future customers so the deals keep coming
Pay may vary based on experience.
Ready to sell serious equipment, get paid weekly, and still wear jeans? Apply now.
