• Supervising and/or executing test activities and analyzing test results in real-time

• Writing static and dynamic test reports and opening test problem reports

• Supporting configuration readiness for functional test means when applicable

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

• Degree in engineering or a related field

• Experience of 5+ years in train engineering

• Experience in train development projects (e.g., TPM, TSE, or SE roles) for at least three projects

• Strong team management experience (5+ years)

• Knowledge of testing processes and tools

• Understanding of safety and compliance standards

• Analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
