Territory Sales Lead (Ejecutivo de Ventas Regional) - Guanajuato (Hybrid/Remote)

We're looking for a Territory Sales LEAD to drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth in Guanajuato. This role will be instrumental in expanding Clara’s regional presence by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on impact and scalability. You’ll join our Commercial team and be at the forefront of our mission to empower companies across Mexico through smarter financial tools.

As a sales leader on the ground, you'll manage the full cycle—from identifying prospects to closing high-impact deals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, replicate proven playbooks, and take full ownership of your territory’s success.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

• Proven background in B2B tech companies, with a deep understanding of how financial decisions are made in large organizations.

• Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)

• Strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college

• Deep understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach

• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar

• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

Nice to haves

• Background in fintech & banking selling financial products such as credit, payments, treasury, or corporate cards

• Experience replicating sales best practices across regions or teams

• Background working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Product, Finance)

• Familiarity with Salesloft or Scrabin

• Basic proficiency in Portuguese or a desire to learn

• No “Rolodex” Hiring: We don’t hire just for connections. We value professionals who actually care to learn our product, solve real customer problems, and know how to close.
• No “Churn and Burn”: We reject the revolving door culture. When we hire you, we invest in your quick success and long-term retention.

• #Ownership (Uncapped Potential): We deeply value the Individual Contributor. Our top-performing AEs consistently earn more than their managers, backed by absolutely zero commission caps and access to company equity. In our servant leadership model, even our CEO is building tools to help your productivity.
• #Simplicity & #Clarity (Transparent Compensation): No complex math required. Your variable compensation is directly aligned with business goals, with real-time visibility over your metrics so you always know exactly where you stand.
• #Inclusivity (Teamwork Meets Territory): We carve out clear, fair territories so you can autonomously run your own book of business, backed by a highly collaborative global team.
• #Pride (A Product That Delivers): We build exceptional spend management products that actually solve the customer’s pain points, making your pitching process smoother and more impactful.
• #ABC (An Expanding Arsenal): We never settle. Continuous platform innovation and new product launches mean you always have an ever-growing toolkit to cross-sell and hit your targets faster.

How we work in this territory

Guanajuato is an emerging territory for Clara — there's no office to go into, so this role works remotely from Guanajuato day to day. You'll ramp up in person with the team, and come together in person for team moments, events and customer visits through the year.
