It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

Job Description

We are looking for a independent and driven Territory Manager to develop and grow our Surgery portfolio in South of Sweden, with a strong focus on Hernia Solutions and Breast Reconstruction/Aesthetic.
This role suits a self-starter who thrives on ownership, frequent travel, and building business from opportunity to execution. You will work autonomously in the field while collaborating closely with the wider Nordic organization.
This is a highly field-based role, offering the opportunity to work closely with customers across Sweden while helping shape solutions in a dynamic healthcare environment. You should expect regular travel throughout the country (up to four days per week), including occasional overnight stays, as well as international travel for training and industry events.

For optimal coverage of the South Sweden territory, we ideally seek candidates based in Jönköping or Borås. However, we welcome applications from elsewhere in the region, provided you are enthusiastic about extensive travel and building strong customer relationships across the territory.

You will receive comprehensive onboarding, including a two-week international intensive product and clinical training program, followed by continuous follow-up training and coaching.
