💼 Responsibilities
• Handle client enquiries via phone, email and live chat
• Assist with enquiries relating to products, accounts and trading matters
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Support product sales referrals and customer service initiatives
• Participate in projects to improve workflows and customer experience
• Support new and existing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on campaign implementation
• Assist with campaign performance reporting and evaluation
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties when required

📝 Requirements
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling enquiries via phone, email and live chat
• Customer-oriented and able to communicate professionally with clients
• Able to work effectively with different internal stakeholders
• Organised and comfortable handling administrative tasks
