Salary: $900 - $1000 contract rate per day

Technology Project Manager – Infrastructure & Security

Love bringing order to complexity, and enjoy being the person who makes things happen from start to finish?

We're looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead a portfolio of infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and firewall projects. These projects keep the organisation secure, resilient, and ready for what's next, and you'll be the one guiding them from initial idea through to successful delivery and adoption.

This isn't a role where you hand off pieces to a large PMO. You'll be part of a lean, capable team where you own the whole journey, shaping scope, bringing the right people together, managing risks, keeping stakeholders informed, and making sure the change lands well with the people it affects.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading technology projects end to end, from planning and scoping through delivery, handover, and wrap-up.

• Working closely with engineers, security specialists, vendors, and business stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.

• Owning the change management side of your projects, helping people understand what's changing, why it matters, and how it affects them.

• Translating technical detail into clear, practical updates for non-technical audiences, and business needs into clear direction for technical teams.

• Spotting risks and roadblocks early and working through them calmly and constructively.

What we're looking for:

We care most about how you work. You'll likely be someone who:

• Builds trust quickly and communicates with clarity, confidence, and empathy across all levels of an organisation.

• Is comfortable owning outcomes in a lean environment, rolling up your sleeves when needed rather than relying on layers of support.

• Stays composed and adaptable when priorities shift, and helps others navigate change too.

• Brings structure and momentum to projects without losing sight of the people involved.

• Is naturally curious and enjoys learning about the technology behind the projects you lead.

Technical awareness that will help:

You don't need to be an Engineer, but a working understanding of technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or firewall environments will help you hit the ground running. If you've managed projects in these spaces, or worked closely alongside the teams who do, that's a real advantage. If you're strong on the fundamentals and keen to grow your technical knowledge, we'd still love to hear from you.

Your role and impact:

You'll have genuine ownership, visible impact, and the chance to shape how important security and infrastructure initiatives are delivered. You'll work with a supportive team that values practical thinking, open communication, and getting things done well.

Interested?

If this sounds like you, even if you don't tick every box, we encourage you to apply. Tell us a little about the projects you've led and how you've helped people through change.
