About Our Team:

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
Technology Analysts begin their careers in a paid, comprehensive rotational training program that provides a strong foundation in high net worth property and casualty insurance software solutions. The program introduces Analysts to PURE’s policies, products, technology platforms, and data analytics practices that differentiate us within the industry.
The program begins in September 2026, with each analyst splitting time between our Warren, NJ and White Plains, NY (HQ) offices. Upon completion of the program, Analysts will be placed in a full-time role at one of these locations, depending on team assignment.
A Culture of Development:
Company culture is more than free lunches and swag (although we love those, too!). At PURE, all employees have regularly scheduled 1X1’s with their manager. That’s because feedback is a gift, and everyone at PURE strives to be better than the day before. We also invest in our employees’ professional and personal development, so when new career opportunities become available, we look internally first.
Commuter Support:
Commuting can be expensive. That’s why we offer additional support of $100 per month to those who commute into a PURE office three days or more a week.
