Technician, Test & Integration
While Charon Technologies, LLC is wholly owned by CACI, a Fortune 500 company, we function as a boutique LLC comprised of under 100 staff, allowing us to operate like a small business.
This small business culture is important to us, and we work very hard to foster an environment that allows our employees to be very collaborative, roll up their sleeves, and directly contribute to the success of our customers. Our employees are allowed great freedom including where they do their jobs (telecommute or remote work is available), how they get their jobs done (e.g., as many monitors as you want policy), and their choice of work attire (extremely casual atmosphere with frequent flip-flop sightings).
Our culture mirrors that of our customers that are typically the Tip of the Spear – a deep passion for mission success with a sprinkling of craziness, adventure, and dogged determination. With endless snacks, coffee, soda and weekly lunches or breakfasts, we understand the old saying, An Army Marches on Its Stomach. Drop us your resume or give us a call, we’re different in just the kind of way you’re looking for.
Charon Technologies specializes in designing and building hardware and software to meet our customers' next requirement. The one they don't know they have yet. We innovate through our long-term trusted customer relationships and operate as a commercial provider while also providing sophisticated solutions to the government. Our expertise allows us to rapidly provide specialized SWaP-optimized electronic/mechanical design, embedded & application software, reverse engineering & protocol analysis, and RF signals exploitation and communications.
