Microsoft Frontier Company is a new line of business and one of the industry's first customer outcome-driven organizations, bringing together industry expertise, strategic partnerships and engineering as part of MCAPS. Its teams will work side-by-side with customers to co-design, deploy, and continuously improve AI systems that deliver measurable, customer-defined outcomes. The organization is built around end-to-end Frontier Transformation, helping customers turn AI into real, lasting business value. For those joining, it's a chance to help build a new growth engine for Microsoft and shape how the industry moves from delivering technology to delivering outcomes.
The Frontier Company GTM team is seeking an experienced Technical Writer-Editor to turn complex AI, engineering, industry, and customer transformation topics into clear, accurate, compelling content. This role will establish the editorial approach for Frontier Company technical storytelling and partner across engineering, industry, marketing, communications, and customer teams to create content for executive, business, and technical audiences.
Microsoft is on a mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Our culture is anchored on embracing a growth mindset, where anyone can change, learn, and grow. Four attributes allow this growth mindset to flourish: obsessing over what matters to our customers, becoming more diverse and inclusive in everything we do and create, operating as one company instead of multiple siloed businesses and lastly, making a difference in the lives of each other, our customers and the world around us. You can help us build our culture and achieve our mission.

Collaborative and able to influence across functions, reconcile competing feedback, and maintain editorial quality in a fast-moving environment.
Required judgment, intellectual curiosity, initiative, and the ability to manage priorities independently in an evolving organization.
